This privacy policy applies to the Nadira app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices

  that was created by De Appmakers BV (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

  This service is intended for use "AS IS".

  The Application stores the following information exclusively on your device. This information is never

  transmitted to the Service Provider's servers:

  - Your name

  - Your birth date, birth time, and birth place

  - Journal entries and mood logs

  - Partner data entered for compatibility readings

  The Application does not collect IP addresses, usage analytics, page visit times, or operating system

  information. The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile

  device.

  The Application uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide personalised horoscopes and

  astrological guidance. When using AI features, only anonymised astrological positions (planetary

  placements calculated from your birth data) are sent to the AI provider. Your name, birth date, birth

  time, and birth place are never transmitted. A randomly generated anonymous device identifier is used

  solely for rate limiting purposes and is not linked to your identity.

  The Service Provider does not share personally identifiable information with third parties. When AI

  features are used, only anonymised astrological data is transmitted. The following third-party services

   are used by the Application:

  - Anthropic (USA) — AI processing. Receives anonymised astrological positions only.

  - Microsoft Azure (EU) — Hosting of backend functions and anonymous rate limiting.

  - Upstash — Temporary storage of anonymous rate limit counters (24-hour retention).

  - Microsoft Power Automate — Receives idea and feedback submissions only when you explicitly submit

  - as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;

  - when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your

  safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

  You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. All data

  stored on your device will be removed. You may also delete all data from within the Application via

  Profile & Settings → Delete all data.

  All personal data (name, birth data, journal entries) is stored only on your device and is never

  transmitted to or retained by the Service Provider. Anonymous rate limit counters are automatically

  deleted after 24 hours. If you submit an idea or feedback, that text is retained by the Service

  Provider for product improvement purposes. To request deletion, contact support@deappmakers.nl.

  The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children

  under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent

  or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact the

  Service Provider at support@deappmakers.nl.

  The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. All

  personal data remains on your device. Data transmitted to AI services is anonymised before

  transmission. The Service Provider provides electronic and procedural safeguards to protect any

  information processed.

  This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify

  you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are

  advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval

  of all changes.
