  How do I get a hint?
  Tap the lightbulb icon during a puzzle. Hints are always free and unlimited.

  I made a mistake — can I undo it?
  Yes. Tap the undo arrow as many times as you need. There are no penalties for mistakes.

  What is ThinkGrid Plus?
  Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks Master and Grandmaster difficulties, the full daily archive, four extra themes, cross-device sync, and detailed solving
  insights. The free tier is complete and stays free forever.

  How do I restore a previous Plus purchase?
  Go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If you bought Plus on another device using the same App Store or Google Play account, it will restore automatically.

  My daily streak reset — what happened?
  Streaks reset if you miss a calendar day in your local timezone. Streaks are tracked per game type.

  The app isn't loading puzzles.
  ThinkGrid works fully offline. If puzzles aren't loading, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us.

  How do I request a new puzzle type?
  Email us — we genuinely read suggestions and they influence what we build next.

  How do I cancel my Plus subscription?
  On iPhone/iPad: Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → ThinkGrid Plus → Cancel.
  On Android: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → ThinkGrid Plus → Cancel.
  Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
