  This privacy policy applies to the Dice Surge app ("Application") for mobile devices, developed by De Appmakers BV ("Service Provider"), registered in the Netherlands. This service is provided as a freemium offering.

  Data We Collect

  The Application does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on any server operated by the Service Provider.

  All game data (high scores, settings, purchase status) is stored locally on your device only, using Android's SharedPreferences mechanism. This data never leaves your device.

  The Application does not collect your IP address, location, usage analytics, or any personally identifiable information.

  In-App Purchases

  The Application offers optional in-app purchases processed exclusively through Google Play Services. When you make a purchase, Google Play handles the transaction. The Service Provider receives only confirmation that a purchase was completed — no payment details or

  personal data.

  Third-Party Services

  The only third-party service used by the Application is Google Play Services (for in-app purchases). No analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs are included.

  Children

  As a user in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  Since the Application stores all data locally on your device and transmits none to the Service Provider's servers, you can exercise most of these rights directly by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the Application.

  Data Retention

  Game data is stored locally on your device for as long as the Application is installed. Uninstalling the Application removes all locally stored data. The Service Provider retains no data on its own servers.

  Since no personal data is transmitted to or stored by the Service Provider, there is no server-side data at risk. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's own security mechanisms.

  Opt-Out

  You can remove all data associated with the Application by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the Application.

  This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
