TERMS OF SERVICE — BLINDROLL    Last updated: May 29, 2026

  ---  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS    By downloading, installing, or using the BlindRoll application ("App"), you agree to be bound by  these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

  The App is provided by De Appmakers, based in the Netherlands ("we", "us", or "our"). You can reach  us at support@deappmakers.nl.

  ---  2. DESCRIPTION OF THE APP    BlindRoll is an analog film roll simulator for iOS. It allows you to take photos without an instant  preview, simulate a film development wait period, and reveal your photos after the development time  has passed. All photos are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your  photos on any server.    ---  3. ELIGIBILITY    You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App you confirm that you meet this  requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent's or guardian's permission  to use the App and to make any purchases.

  ---  4. IN-APP PURCHASES    4.1 What we sell. The App offers the following paid items through Apple's App Store:  - Single film roll (consumable)  - Roll packs of 5 and 10 (consumable)  - Skip Development Time (consumable)  - Premium film filters: Polaroid SX-70, Agfa Vista (non-consumable, permanent unlock)    4.2 Pricing. All prices are displayed in the App and are set in your local currency by Apple. Prices  may change at any time.

  4.3 Consumables. Consumable items (roll packs, Skip Development Time) are delivered immediately upon  purchase and are not refundable once used. They are tied to your device and are not transferable to  another device or Apple ID.    4.4 Non-consumables. Non-consumable items (premium filters) are a one-time purchase and are  permanently available on any device signed in with the same Apple ID. Use the "Restore Purchases"  button in the App to recover non-consumable purchases after reinstalling the App or switching  devices.

  4.5 Payment and billing. All transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not  collect or store your payment information. Apple's payment terms apply:  https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/    4.6 Refunds. All sales are final. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at  reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not issue refunds ourselves.

  4.7 Free rolls. New users receive 3 free film rolls. Free rolls have no cash value and cannot be  transferred.

  ---  5. YOUR CONTENT    5.1 All photos you take with the App are stored exclusively on your device. We do not transmit,  access, or retain your photos.

  5.2 You retain full ownership of any photos you take. You are solely responsible for how you use,  share, or publish those photos.

  5.3 You may not use the App to capture content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or that  infringes on the rights of others.

  ---  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY    6.1 The App, including its name, logo, design, film filters, animations, and all underlying code, is  owned by De Appmakers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  6.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for  personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple's  Usage Rules.    6.3 You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the App  or any part of it.

  ---  7. PRIVACY    Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect (usage analytics,  push notification tokens) and how we use it. The Privacy Policy is available at:

  ---  8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES    The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

  - Apple App Store / StoreKit — in-app purchase processing  - Firebase (Google) — anonymous usage analytics and push notifications  - Supabase — account authentication (if you create an account)

  We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

  ---  9. DISCLAIMERS    9.1 The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or  implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or  non-infringement.

  9.2 We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be  corrected.

  9.3 We are not responsible for any loss of photos or data resulting from device failure, software  bugs, or accidental deletion. We strongly recommend backing up your photos regularly using your  device's built-in backup features.    ---  10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, De Appmakers shall not be liable for any  indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App,  including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the  possibility of such damages.    Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the  amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.

  Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence,  fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU law.

  ---  11. CONSUMER RIGHTS (EU / EEA USERS)    If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have statutory rights  that cannot be limited by these Terms. These Terms do not affect those rights. In particular, EU  consumers may have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, unless digital content has  already been delivered and you have explicitly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged the  loss of the right of withdrawal, as required by Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

  ---  12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS    We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top  of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the App or by other  reasonable means. Continued use of the App after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your  acceptance of the new Terms.    ---  13. TERMINATION    We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we  believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from  your device.

  ---  14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved  amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, without prejudice to your  rights as a consumer under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
